I was a little skeptical of how well these would work based on mixed reviews, mostly worried that they may be too heavy for the gimbal. They definitely do weigh down the lens, but not to any degree that the gimbal can't handle. One thing I will note is that this of course adds a little weight and bulk to the lens, so before you turn on your drone ensure that the gimbal is unobstructed and will have full range of motion. As long as you account for that, the gimbal calibrates just fine and has no trouble operating normally during flight.
As for how well the filters work in terms of picture / video quality... they work miracles. I used the CPL filter for several flights over the ocean during mid-day when the sun was very bright, as was the reflections in the water. The CPL balanced the light, cut the reflections, and created brilliant colors just like a great CPL filter on a camera. Meanwhile, the other person I was with (who had filters, but kept forgetting to put them on) ended up with video that was washed out and overall lack-luster in comparison.
One negative I experienced (partially my own fault) was that I was pushing the filters on a but too hard and could see the glass starting to separate from the encasing. I have since been more careful, and it hasn't been an issue. Just be careful when you are putting the filters on, to not apply too much pressure.
I would highly recommend these filters; just be sure you leave room for calibration and be gentle putting them on and taking them off.

(Almost) Necessary for the DJI PS3 standard. I like the ND filters and have been using them since I received them. The package is a little steep in price but after you see the results you won't feel the bite out of your wallet.
