Terrible. I ordered once and got the wrong motor. Returned it, figuring they made a mistake and pulled the wrong part, and got the same wrong part again, so clearly they are unaware there is a difference. I went by the picture THEY posted. It is not what you will get. See my picture. Does not fit in the Phantom 3 Pro.
Be sure to check what System Board you have on your Phantom before ordering. There are 2 different Motors and it depends on your system board as to which one you need. Check with DJI before ordering to ensure you order the correct one. I ordered the wrong motors, but luckily I was able to sell them to a friend with a similar drone and he said they work great.
A friend of mine and I have P3 Pros each. He crashed his and one motor went disabled. I helped him to replace it with this ones. Worked perfectly. Just be sure to see the video taking out your P3 Pro cover (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNQUQ8p9IGE) . Use a soldering gun and be careful not to overheat the cables. You'll need to get a T6 and T8 long screwdrivers also.
Well funny story. Turns out I didn't need this motor bc all that was wrong with my other one was a piece of concrete got lodged in it. Wish I had noticed that before I tore the whole drone apart. The reason for only 4 stars is bc after getting the old motor off and soldering this new one onto the drone I got a esc error and had to send the drone into dji. I will not know what was wrong for a week. I had a friend who does electrical work solder it so I know it wasn't that. I hope it's just a bad motor but we shall see. Everything was fine though with this one from what I had physically observed.

Wrong motor for my DJI drone. Replaced it and my drone kept giving ma s "ESC Error" code. Thought it was the circuit board so I sent it in for repairs. They said the motor was wrong, replaced it and now it works fine.
